Healthy Ground Turkey Zucchini Casserole – Easy Weeknight Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
