Roasted Beef Ribs


Season the ribs with salt, black pepper and garlic to taste. In a baking dish place the ribs, onion, oil and cover it with aluminum foil. Roast the meat in a preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove the paper, add the potatoes and let it turn brown for about 25 minutes. Serve at once and do not let your family members wait any longer for this incredible meal 🙂
