To prepare this meal for 4 persons you need the following ingredients:

  • 800 grams salmon or 8 fillets;
  • Garlic powder;
  • Ginger powder;
  • Soy sauce;
  • Salt ;

Olive oil for deep frying

Preparation of the meal:

In a deep bowl we pour in the soy sauce, add ginger powder, garlic powder together with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix it all well.

In another bowl place the washed pieces of salmon and add salt on them well.

After this pour the marinade over them and rub piece by piece with the marinade. Leave them like that for half an hour.

Take a casserole and grease the bottom with some olive oil, and after that place in it the pieces of salmon.

Roast in a heated oven around 25 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
