Preparation and cooking:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius .
Pour the warm water in a large bowl and in it whisk the yeast until it is completely dissolved.
With a wooden spoon, mix the all-purpose flour and olive oil; continue to mix until the mixtures blends together and then form a ball of dough with it. To do this, you will need to use your hands.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it stand for 15 minutes in a warm place.
Place a baking paper in a pizza pan and spray it with cooking spray or smear oil on it with a brush and set it aside.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 3 minutes.
Spread the pizza dough on the previously prepared pan, using your fingers and the palm of your hands to stretch it, leaving about 1-inch of thickness.
Bake the dough for 10 minutes.
Take the dough of the oven and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
On top of the pizza crust spread the tomato sauce. Sprinkle cow cheese all over the dough.
Place one layer of grape tomatoes and bacon and on top of it, sprinkle goat cheese.
With the toping, bake the pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust turns brown and the cheese is nicely melted.
After the pizza is baked, take it out of the oven and add fresh leaves of basil on top of it.
