Egg shells were earlier considered as a material of no use, which is now proven completely wrong. A few decades ago people started becoming aware of the many usages of this material so they started to avoid throwing them away after cooking. Instead, they included them in many recipes for home-made remedies, used to cure different conditions, as explained below.

Egg shells contain 90 % calcium, which makes them a rich source of minerals. Moreover, calcium is easily absorbed by our bodies due to its chemical composition that is nearly equal to the one of our teeth and bones.

They contain significant amounts of iron, zinc, copper, phosphorus, manganese, molybdenum and chromium. Nevertheless, it is enough to consume 3 grams of crushed egg shells per day in order to obtain the recommended amount of calcium.

However, egg shell usage is not very frequent, due to their hard structure which doesn’t allow people to consume them raw. Blood cleanse & strengthening the entire organism

Egg shells appear to be very useful in cleaning the blood. For this purpose, you need to prepare and consume them in the following manner:

Clean 5 egg shells and crush them into small pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl with 2.5 liters of water and store it in refrigerator for the next 7 days. After that period of time, separate the liquid from the pieces and drink 2 glasses of it per day.

If you don’t like the taste of the drink, you can add a few drops of fresh lemon juice in each glass.
