Time of preparation: about 20 minutes.
- 500-700 gr. chicken steak
- 2 onions
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 2-3 green peppers
- little garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper
- Cooking oil
- Chicken seasoning
Cut the steak in cubes, salt it and add the chicken seasoning and the black pepper, and fry it in a pan for about 5 minutes.
Slice the onions in circles, and chop the remaining vegetables in long thin pieces and add it to the meat.
Be sure to add the carrots first, fry them for 1 min, then put the zucchini and the eggplant and at the end put the peppers and onion.
Spice the vegetables too and fry it for about 5 minutes.
With this meal I would recommend a glass of dry white wine.
