Prepare the ingredients for this dish. Slice the steaks, beat them and season with salt and pepper. Cut the mushrooms (if they are bolete shortly cook them) and chop finely the onion.
In a cooking pot, heat the oil, put the steaks and roast them on both sides until they become tender, then remove them from the heat and place them on a warm place.
On the fat from the roasting add butter and the finely chopped onions. Then fry the onions until they get a nice golden yellow color and then pour the red wine, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
Then add the mushrooms, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, dried herbal and vegetable spices, and in ½ dl water using a spoon whisk the mushrooms soup, and while stirring cook it a little bit in the pot and then return the steaks to be well heated.
