BACKED Spaghetti

Enjoy the irresistible taste of spicy spaghetti.

Backed spaghetti


  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 and the garlic
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g smoked bacon, diced
  • 250 grams of minced meat mixed
  • 250 ml bouillon cube
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g peeled tomatoes (canned)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 100g white cheese
  • 300g spaghetti


1. Chop the carrot and celery.

2. Chop the garlic and onion, then stew them with a little oil. Add the bacon and vegetables and fry. Add the meat and fry briefly. Pour in the soup and season with salt and pepper. Mix the tomatoes and the tomato paste and leave it covered for about 90 minutes. Finally add the rosemary.

3. Preheat the oven from the top. Grate the cheese.

4.Boil the spaghetti, drain them and mix with the sauce. Add the entire mixture into a casserole dish, pour cheese over it and bake for about 30 minutes
