  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ cup mild salsa
  • ½ green pepper, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup shredded reduced fat pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free half & half
  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta

Instructions
