Hello my dear and hungry friends. For today I will show you one dessert which is really excited to see you!
To prepare this superb chocolate dessert you will need the next ingredients:
- 200 grams dark chocolate, crushed
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks, additional
- Half a cup (110 grams) superfine (powder) sugar
- Quarter cup (35 grams) plain (or all-purpose) flour, sifted
- 8 tbspof smooth peanut butter
- Some cocoa powder
With this much amount you should get 4 servings of this recipe (which is still not enough for me 🙂 )
Instructions for preparation and cooking:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400° Fahrenheit). In a saucepan put the butter and chocolate and place the pan over low heat. Stir until the chocolate melts down and is nicely smooth.
In a mixing bowl combine the eggs, additional yolks and powder sugar and whisk until they are well combined. Then, add the chocolate mixture together with the flour and stir until they are also well combined. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into well-greased pudding molds (each with 250 ml capacity). Pour 2 tbsp of the peanut butter into the center of each mold and pour over the rest of the chocolate mixture.
Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake the cakes for 16 to 18 minutes or until they are puffed. Once the cakes are baked, gently turn them out immediately and finally sprinkle with cocoa powder.
