Spinach With White Rice And Eggs – This Increases Your Fame in Kitchen!

To prepare this meal, you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg spinach
  • 100 grams white rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt and black pepper
  • 300 ml water

Preparation:

Thoroughly clean and wash the spinach, and after that chop it.

Dice the onion.

In a frying pan, fry the onion just a little bit, then add the rice and fry it for another 2-3 minutes.

Then add the spinach and fry for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is dwindled. After that, add some salt and put the bouillon cube and sprinkle with some ground black pepper.

In a casserole place the spinach with the rice.

Pour in 300 ml boiled water and place the casserole in a previously heated oven to 250 degrees Celsius.

Cook for about 20 minutes. Then take out the casserole, and add the crushed eggs and sprinkle with some salt. Put back the casserole in the oven for another 10 minutes of cooking.

You can combine this dish with some fresh salad and you will have a delicious and healthy meal!
