Preparation and cooking:
Spray the inside of the slow cookerwith cooking spray or simply smear the bottom with oil using a brush.
Pourone cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of the cooker and spread it well.
Over the sauce place one layer of the lasagna noodles. Set it aside.
In a big mixing bowl, mix thewhey cheese, white sheep or goat cheese, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, oregano and eggs; mix all of it until the ingredients are well combined.
Add the baby spinach and mix the ingredients again until it is all well combined.
Over the lasagnaspread a third of the mixture.
Sprinkle one layer of white cow cheese and a third of the cow cheese on top of the mixture with cheeses, garlic and spices.
Pour in the tomato sauce on top of it.
Repeat arranging such layers until you use up all of the ingredients.
On top of the lasagna place one layer of the noodles covered with tomato sauce and sprinkled with white cow cheese and regular cow cheese.
Cover the pot and set it to cook on the High setting for 3.5 to 4 hours.
Turn off the slow cookerand let it stay for 45 minutes, until all of the liquid in the lasagna is absorbed.
Cut the lasagna in rectangular pieces and serve them in a serving dish.
