Preparation and cooking time: 4,5 hours
To prepare this meal for 4 to 6 persons you will need the next ingredients:
- 4 cups of tomato sauce
- 12 to 15 no boil lasagna noodles
- 32oz of whey cheese
- 1 cup crumbled white sheep or goat cheese
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 8 oz fresh leaves of baby spinach
- 2.5 cups shredded white cow cheese, divided
- 0.5 cup shredded cow cheese, divided
