Preparation of the spaghetti:
In a large pot pour in 1.5 liters of water and wait until it boils. Then add 2 tablespoons of salt. Put the spaghetti and cook them around 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the spaghetti.
Remove the pot from the fire and put the spaghetti in a colander and wash them with cold water.
We put back the spaghetti in the pot in which they were cooked and pour in some olive oil on them and some mixture of dried vegetables (not necessary).
Mix it all good and place the spaghetti in a deep serving bowl.
Prepation of the sauce:
In a smaller deep pot put the tomatoes which you have previously grated or chopped on small pieces. Also dice the garlic and add it. We put the pot on fire, and as soon as they start to boil add the basil and some salt. Cook it shortly around 1-2 minutes. In the end add some oil.
