Instructions for preparation and cooking:

Step 1: Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (about 350° Fahrenheit). Line a layer of baking paper in baking tray.

Step 2: In a medium sized bowl, mix together cheese spread, white cow cheese and quarter cup of the grated cow cheese. Add salt and black pepper to taste and mix it all well. Add the artichokes and spinach as well and stir them too.

Step 3: Cut the dough into 16 triangles. On the wide end of each triangle place about 1 teaspoon of the filling. Brush the edges of the dough with some beaten egg. Then, wrap the bottom corners of each crescent inward and roll up the dough to enclose the filling. Place each crescent on baking tray.

Step 4: Brush the tops of the crescents with the remaining beaten egg. Sprinkle with remaining ground cow cheese over the tops.

Step 5: Bake the pastries from 12 to 15 minutes or until they get beautiful golden brown color.

Let them cool down a little bit before serving. (If you are able to wait that long 🙂 )
