To prepare this you need the following ingredients:
- 500g dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of ground whole grain sesame seeds
- 150 g coconut
- some grated orange peel
- 50-100 gr. chopped almonds
Remove the seeds from the dates.Mix whell.
In the dates put in all of the remaining ingredients and squash them with your hands until the mixture blends together.
Shape small balls from the mixture with your hands.
In the end roll the balls in coconut.
This is an incredibly healthy and fast dessert!
