Seafood Challenge Of The Day – Hand-roll With Rice, Fish And Seaweed!

We have decided to experiment today with some Japanese food. We are anxious to find out how will our Japanese colleagues like them. If some of you are Japanese, feel free to share your thoughts with us about this easy and delicious recipe.

Preparation time for this recipe is 10 minutes. (the cooking time for the rice is not included here)

Total time: 10 minutes

To prepare this main dish you need the next ingredients:

  • half a cup of cooked Japanese rice (vinegared rice for making sushi)
  • 1 seaweed sheet
  • half a cup of fillings

For the filling:

  • Fish according to your choice (we suggest tuna, salmon, spicy tuna,salmon roe, etc)
  • one cucumber
  • perilla leaves
  • some radish sprouts
  • daikon, carrot avocado, sesame seeds (as well as anything else you would like to add)
