- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 150ml milk
- 100ml oil
- 1 pastry
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 10 tablespoons flour
- 300 g sugar
- 300 g water
- 200gr chocolate
- 2 tablespoons rum
For the sherbet:
This is a delicious quick cake, the taste of which is very reminiscent to cakes from bakeries. I recommend it to you, in our house it is prepared regularly.
1. At first beat the eggs together with the sugar until you get a thick mixture. In it add milk, oil, baking powder, flour and slowly mix it with the lowest speed of the mixer. The mixture is divided into two parts, in one part add cocoa.
Pour both of the mixtures simultaneously in a small roster pan. Bake at temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
2. Prepare the sherbet before the cake is mixed because it should be cold. In a casserole dish pour in water and sugar, and exactly five minutes should pass since the boiling.
Remove it from the heat and in the hot sherbet crush both of the chocolates and mix. Before we pour the sherbet over the cake we put in it two tablespoons of rum.
3. Once the cake is cool down cut it into cubes and pour cold sorbet over them.
