To prepare this meal you need about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- 4-5 chicken legs
- 400 gr white and brown rice
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- Few branches of parsley
- Salt and black pepper
- Mixture of dried vegetables
- cooking oil
Boil the chicken legs for about 40 minutes.
In a cooking pot with thick bottom pour in oil and fry the chopped onion and the minced carrots together with the rice. Fry it on low heat for 7 minutes. Spice it with salt, pepper and the mixture of dried vegetables.
Pour in 1200 ml of hot boiled water (first add the water from the boiled chicken legs and then pour in plain water, a total of 1200 ml.).
Add the chopped parsley.
In the pot with the rice add the chicken legs and boil for 10 minutes.
After this, leave the meal to rest for 20 minutes until the rice sucks in the remaining liquids.
