In a large saucepan, melt about 50g butter and add the garlic. When the bubbles settle, put the mushrooms. Season them with spices and cook at moderate heat for 8-10 minutes. Put the mushrooms in another bowl and keep them warm.
Add the remaining butter to the pan. On a hot butter put the pork in a single layer and season it. Cook on high heat for a few minutes on each side. Reduce the heat and fry the meat for another 15 minutes. Then move the meat to a warmed plate or in an ovenproof dish.
In a pan pour the wine and about 2 dl water (you can also use soup). Cook at high heat until the liquid is reduced in half, steer it and gather all from the bottom of the pan. Add the mushrooms and cream and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Pour the sauce over pork chops and you’re done!
