- Change in your diet
While being infected with sinusitis it is recommended to eat in moderation, consuming more whole grains, soups, lightly cooked vegetables, lentils, beans, as well as cold-pressed oils. It’s best to avoid foods which form mucus like: fried and processed foods, eggs, flour products, chocolate, sugar, and dairy products. Make sure to drink plenty of water.
