- 500 gr. ready filo pastries for pie
- filling for coating the filo pastries
- 4 eggs
- 100gr. milk
- 100gr. oil
- 1 package of baking powder
- filling for inside the filo pastry
- 400g. biscuits (crushed)
- 1kg. peaches
- 100g powdered sugar
Cut the filo pastries into three strips and then cut each rectangle on four cubes. For the preparation of one muffin we need four rectangular pastries.
Beat the eggs and add milk, oil and baking powder.
Grind the biscuits, peel the peaches them and blend them into a blender. After that mix the peaches with the biscuits.
Smear each of the square filo pastries with filling. Arrange the filo pastries one next to another, finally put the filling and close them. Put each muffin in a muffin tray. Bake at temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
Sprinkle each of the muffins with powdered sugar.
