Time of preparation: 25 minutes.
- 3-4 pieces of mackerel
- Garlic powder or fresh garlic
- A few branches parsley
- Olive oil
- 1 lemon (squeezed to get the juice)
- 1 lemon (cut in circles)
Put well some salt on the previously cleaned and well washed mackerel.
In a bowl put the juice from the squeezed lemon, garlic powder or fresh garlic, a little bit of olive oil and chopped parsley.
Cut a small opening in the lover part of the fish and fill it with this mixture. Pour the rest of the mixture over the fish.
On top of it place a few circles of the lemon.
In a heated oven, roast the fish for 20 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
If you want the skin to be crispy and red, before taking it out of the oven increase the heat to 250 degrees for a few minutes.
