To prepare this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 4 small chicken breast cut in halves, bones and skin removed
- 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 pound pasta, uncooked
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 1 cup shredded blend of Italian cheeses, divided
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Half of pound fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
