Preparing the cinnamon roll dough:
Measure the dry ingredients, and stir them well to blend thoroughly.
Place the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and make a small hole in the middle of the flour mixture. Then start adding milk, butter, and eggs. To begin, slowly mix in circles around your liquids and incorporate the flour in the middle, expanding towards the edges. After this, start folding the ingredients from the edge to the center, pressing them down in the middle.
Once the ingredients are more or less well mixed, you should have a very sticky mass of almost-dough. At this phase continue mixing the dough outside of the bowl. Prepare a clean, dry section of counter-top and scrape your not-quite-dough out of the bowl and onto the surface.
When done, form the dough into a ball and put into a lightly-oiled bowl. The bowl should have enough room for the dough to double in size. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for a while to rise.
Roll out the dough to form a rectangle.
