Irresistible Cinnamon Rolls !!!

Wonderful rolls, sweet and delicious!They are prepared very quickly. In my family this recipe is used for 13 years. And most importantly: the result is always great 🙂

Preparation:

For the cinnamon roll dough:

  • 700 grams bread flour
  • 475 grams whole milk
  • 10 grams active dry yeast
  • 14 grams kosher salt
  • 55 grams sugar
  • 51 grams of eggs
  • 74 grams butter

Cinnamon-rolls-with-Whipped-Cream-Cheese-Frosting

For the cinnamon roll filling:

  • melted butter (it doesn’t matter whether it’s salter or unsalted)
  • 1 cup of golden brown sugar
  • Half a cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the whipped cream cheese glaze:

    • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
    • 5 cup of powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream
