Wonderful rolls, sweet and delicious!They are prepared very quickly. In my family this recipe is used for 13 years. And most importantly: the result is always great ๐
Preparation:
For the cinnamon roll dough:
- 700 grams bread flour
- 475 grams whole milk
- 10 grams active dry yeast
- 14 grams kosher salt
- 55 grams sugar
- 51 grams of eggs
- 74 grams butter
For the cinnamon roll filling:
- melted butter (it doesnโt matter whether itโs salter or unsalted)
- 1 cup of golden brown sugar
- Half a cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the whipped cream cheese glaze:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 5 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream
