Some medical doctors who are dealing with problems of migraine believe it might be a placebo effect, but admitted that many people preemptively drink water and then they feel better.
Among the most common causes for headache is dehydration of the body. To save yourself from possible headache due to dehydration, drink enough water regularly during the day, and especially if you exercise or when the weather is hot.
