Make your homemade brownie roll and surprise the members of your family, your friends or roommates.
Ingredients:
For the brownie:
- 140 g crushed dark chocolate
- 50g butter
- 50g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 35g all purpose flour
For the white cake:
- 120g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120g all purpose flour
- 2g baking powder
- 50ml milk
Preheat a baking tray in the shape of a roll to 180 degrees Celsius. To make the brownie put the chocolate and butter to melt on a low heat. Add the sugar, egg and flour until you have a homogeneous mixture using a mixer. Bake for 15 minutes.
For the white part of the roll, mix the butter and sugar until you get a creamy mixture. Add eggs and flour, the baking powder and finally the milk.
Pour the mixture over the brownie and bake for another 25-30 minutes to 160 degrees.
