This fruit is very rich with vitamin C, one of the strongest antioxidants, very important for synthesis of collagen and carnitine, and also for the metabolism of fatty acids.

With cranberries you can make delicious tea and its preparation is very simple.

Put one teaspoon of cranberries in boiling water, cover it and let it stay for 5 to 10 minutes. After that, strain the tea and drink it while it’s hot.

You can make fresh, undiluted cranberry juice which should be taken in an amount of 500 ml, twice a day. To prevent dental plaque and career, it is good to drink a potion of 3 parts cranberry juice and 7 parts water.
