Health and wellness routines are becoming important to business travelers

According to new study performed by CWT, Business-to-Business-for Employees (B2B4E) travel management platform, and Artemis Strategy Group,
there is growing trend among business travelers globally to maintain good eating habits when on the road. 
It was discovered that 38 percent of all business travelers eat healthily when on the road,
with travelers from the Asia Pacific region- 46 percent being the most likely to do so,
compared to Americans- 35 percent and Europeans- 29 percent.
Only 7% of global travelers depart from their health and wellness regimens while traveling, according to CWT poll. 
Travelers from Asia Pacific are the least likely to abandon their wellness habits – only 3%-,  Europeans are more likely with 10% and Americans with 8%.
Hotel fitness facilities and equipment appear to be the most popular way for business travelers to keep in shape while on the road (49 percent),
followed by: 
– hotel swimming pools – 40%
– in-room workout equipment like yoga and stationary bikes – 27%
