Here is a nice way how to prepare grilled squid with vegetables on Filipino way. We already tried this recipe and being impressed by the results we chose to share it with you 🙂 We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.
To prepare this meal you need the next ingredients:
500 g fresh squid
1 green chili pepper
1 onion, sliced
10 g ginger, grated
10 g brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tomato, cut into cubes
2 slices bread
Half a cup of fresh milk
Grilled Squid With Green Chili Pepper And Vegetables
Instructions for preparation and cooking:
Remove the tentacles of the squid, then chop it and set it aside for later use.
Cut the bread into small cubes, soak them in milk and set them aside.
In a large mixing bowl mix the chopped tentacles and soaked bread with the tomato, onion, chili pepper, ginger, salt and black pepper. Set this mixture aside.
Season the squid with some salt and fresh ground black pepper, then fill it with the previously prepared mixture. Roast the squid until it’s done.
Cut the squid into slices and serve it with some soy sauce.
