Instructions for preparation and cooking:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (about 350° Fahrenheit). Spray a baking tray with size 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray. With flour on your fingers, press the dough evenly on the bottom of the tray to form a crust.
2. Bake the crust from 14 to 16 minutes or until it gets a light golden brown color. Sprinkle marshmallows over the crust. Then, bake for 3 minutes more or until the marshmallows become puffed, but still not browned.
3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the peanuts and popcorn and set it aside. In a medium size microwavable bowl, heat the peanut butter chips, butter and corn syrup on the highest setting from 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the mixture is melted and nicely smooth. Pour over the popcorn mixture and stir it to coat completely. Immediately press the mixture over the marshmallows in even layer using the back of a wooden spoon.
4. In a small microwavable bowl, heat the chocolate chips uncovered on the highest setting for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is softened and the chips can be smoothly stirred. Drizzle with the melted chocolate over the bars. Let it cool on a cooling rack for 1 hour. Then, place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until they are stiff enough. Cut the cake into 6 rows, and cut each row into 4 rows.
Finally, invite your friends for a party and enjoy these delicious bars together! 🙂
