The herbs add a special touch, but the extent and the taste of them do not excel on the meat, getting it all very harmonious. To prepare this meal you need the following ingredients:

• 1 kg flank steak without fat
• 1 cup dry red wine
• ½ cup olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 large onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon of herbs (thyme + basil + rosemary, preferably fresh)
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
