Fruit cakes are the ideal choice for sweetening in hot days.
- 200grams biscuit
- 400 d canned tropical fruit
- 2 bananas
- 2 kiwi
- 2 apples
- 200 ml. apple juice
- 4 packs of gelatin
- 500 ml. sweet cream
Drain the tropical fruit from the juice in the can. Pour the juice into a bowl, add 200 ml. apple juice and 200 ml. cream, then warm it, add stirred gelatin, mix it all together and leaveit to cool.
Pour the tropical fruit and the banana slices, apples and kiwi and mix it all. In another bowl arrange the biscuits, soaked in apple juice. Add the pre-made mixture and place it in the refrigerator to tighten.
Whip the rest of the sweet cream in icing and put it on the cake. Also use it to decorate the cake with it.
