To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:
- 450 g carrots
- 50 g corn
- 1 onion
- 30 g butter
- 50 g melted cheese
- 150ml. milk
- 2 g cumin
Preparation:
Clean and slice the carrots on circles, and then chop the onion in small pieces.
In a saucepan heat the butter in which we add the chopped onion and carrots.
Add the corn mixture and cover it with, until the vegetables soften a little bit (about 5 minutes), then add the milk and water, just to cover the carrots.
Add salt and pepper by taste. Boil the carrots until they soften a little bit.
Once the carrots are cooked, add the melted cheese.
Before the endm stir the soup with a kitchen robot or a blender and add the cumin. If it is too thick, you can add milk to obtain the desired density.
