Time of preparation for this dish is around 15 minutes.
To prepare this meal for 4 persons you need the following ingredients:
- 800 grams fresh chicken steak;
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 tablespoons of mustard;
- Chicken seasoning or mixture of dried vegetables;
- garlic powder;
- black pepper.
Cut the steak on large and not too thin pieces in order it to be juicier.
All the spices, the chicken seasoning or the mixture of dried vegetables (depending what you will use), the salt, the pepper and the garlic powder put them in a small bowl and mix everything good.
We take piece by piece of the steak and rub them with all the spices that you’ve prepared earlier. After that, smear every piece of the steak with some mustard.
In a casserole pour in some oil and fry the steak for 30 seconds on high heat, and then for another 3-4 minutes on low heat until it gets the desired color.
I advise you not the fry the meat too much, so it will be juicer and more tender.
