To prepare this meal you need the next ingredients:

    • 1 pound chicken breasts, bones and skin removed
    • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
    • 20 ounces pineapple chunks with pineapple juice
    • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 14 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon koshering salt

  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
