Time to prepare for this dessert is 10 minutes.
For the preparation of this dessert, you need the following products:
– 300 grams crushed biscuits
– 200 grams crushed hazelnuts
– 500 grams sugar
– 1 piece of margarine
– 2 dl water
In a pot pour in 2 dl of water and put the pot on fire. Then add sugar in the pot sugar and leave it to boil. In the boiled sherbet add margarine. Stir with a wooden stirrer and add the ground biscuits. Again stir and add the ground hazelnuts. Remove the pot from the fire and pour the hot mixture into a prepared mold previously coated with aluminum foil. Level the mixture and put the mold in the freezer. Once the mixture will tighten take the mold from the freezer and place it on the desk. Along with the foil flip the bajadera on a cutting board. Remove the foil and with a sharp knife cut rectangular pieces. Place the pieces on a serving plate.
